Answer: Smith Gruppe's "Fee Structure" is relative to the proposed engagement's breadth, scope, and length. By working with our clients and devising a fee structure that fits where the client is in their business case, teh benefit is that it keeps costs low and practicable for the client. We are flexible in that we can structure our fees on either a project assignment basis, hourly rate, or in some cases, a success-fee based upon meeting milestone deliverables within the project lifecycle. ---- Plainly put, we work with our client's budgets based on what they can afford.
